Young's Medical Equipment at 2710 Emrick Boulevard, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I have contacted Young’s I’m Bethlehem about four or five times now regarding an electric breast pump. After dropping off the script I was told I would be contacted and no one has reached out. I called back continuously and still continue to get transferred or told a ticket would get submitted. Today I spoke to someone who continued to just cut me off as I tried to explain that I was due March 15th, today, and delivered March 11.

It’s a shame that there has been no follow up at all. A simple call with follow up would be nice just to be informed of the status. How many times do I have to call and get bounced around esp coming from a customer service department.

You can only imagine the additional stress added. Should of chosen somewhere else, but because of the location this seemed to be easily accessible. Maybe I should have read all of these reviews first.
